The site is operated by VKK Foods, distributor of Swarich products manufactured by VKK Foods.

We currently deliver only within Goregaon (West), Mumbai – 400104. Orders outside this pincode will be cancelled and refunded.

• Minimum order value: ₹600 (excluding delivery charges).
• Prices, offers, and stock can change without notice.
• Product images are indicative; actual pack contents follow the label.
• All items are sold frozen and must be stored at -18°C.

• Delivery available Monday–Saturday, within the timings shown at checkout.
• When the store is on "Pause Today", you may place orders for the next open day.
• Estimated delivery is within 1 hour of order confirmation during store hours; delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or force majeure.

• Payment is via UPI, confirmed by uploading a screenshot of your payment.
• Orders are dispatched only after our team verifies the payment.
• If a payment cannot be verified, the order will be cancelled and any received amount refunded to the source UPI ID.

• You may cancel a free order before it is marked "Out for delivery".
• Once the rider has picked up the order, cancellation is not possible.
• Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment source.

Because products are frozen and perishable, we do not accept returns once delivered. If a product is damaged, incorrect, or of poor quality on arrival, please report it via WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace it or refund it at our discretion.

Tips added at checkout go entirely to the delivery rider and are non-refundable once delivery is completed.

Coupons are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, and can be withdrawn without notice. Misuse (fake accounts, address stacking, etc.) will lead to cancellation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you save and for activity under your account. Once your profile is saved, some fields lock to protect invoice accuracy; contact us to correct genuine errors.

Do not misuse the site — no scraping, fraud, chargeback abuse, harassment of staff/riders, or attempts to bypass service-area restrictions. We may suspend or block accounts that violate this.

"Swarich", "VKK Foods", the logos, product photos and site content are our property or used with permission. Do not reuse without written consent.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for issues caused by incorrect address, wrong pincode, or unavailability at delivery.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
