• Account details: name, phone, email, delivery addresses you save.
• Order details: items, amounts, payment status, delivery notes.
• Payment proof: UPI screenshots you upload for manual verification. We do not store card numbers or UPI PINs.
• Device & usage: IP, browser, pages visited, and cookies used to keep you signed in and to improve the site.
• Location: only when you use the map picker to set a delivery address.

• Send order, delivery and payment updates via WhatsApp, SMS or email.
• Prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal/tax obligations (GST invoices).
• Improve product range, offers, and site performance.

We share only what's necessary with: our delivery riders (name, phone, address), payment/UPI verification staff, and service providers (hosting, email, WhatsApp, maps, analytics). We do not sell your data.

Used for login sessions, cart, and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may stop working.

Order and invoice records are kept as required under Indian tax law (typically 8 years). Account data is kept until you request deletion.

You can view, correct, or request deletion of your account data, and opt out of marketing messages. Transactional messages (order/delivery/payment) will continue while you have an active order.

The site is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We use HTTPS, access controls, and encrypted storage. No system is 100% secure — please keep your login credentials private.
